Thermal Insulated Aluminum Joinery
- Glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66) thermal barrier eliminates the thermal bridge
- As inner and outer profiles are separated, condensation on the inner glass decreases in winter
- Reduces heat loss, lowering heating-cooling bills
- Full sealing with EPDM gaskets and epoxy-reinforced corner joints
- More glass and more light thanks to the slim profile structure
- All RAL colors and wood-look coating options
How Does Thermal Insulated Joinery Work?
Thermal insulated aluminum joinery technically consists of three components: the inner profile, the outer profile and the insulation barrier joining them. Our systems use glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66) barriers. This barrier breaks aluminum's high thermal conductivity, preventing cold or hot outside air from passing inside. Thus, heat does not escape in winter and heat does not enter in summer.
Advantages of Thermal Insulated Joinery
- Significantly reduces heat loss by eliminating the thermal bridge
- Prevents condensation on the inner glass, reducing mold and humidity problems
- Lowers heating and cooling costs, paying for itself over time
- Cuts outside noise, providing a quiet interior
Aluminum or PVC?
PVC is cheaper and has good insulation, but it is not as strong as aluminum on wide openings and may yellow over time. Aluminum is more durable, can carry large glass with slim profiles and provides a modern look. Thermal insulated aluminum joinery offers both PVC's insulation advantage and aluminum's durability. It is the right choice for wide facades and modern homes.
Production and Installation
We cut and produce the joinery at our Esenyurt workshop to your project's dimensions. For a standard residential project, production takes a few days and installation 1-2 days depending on size. We also produce knock-down (ready-to-install) joinery; we can crate and ship products to distant customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does thermal insulated joinery really make a difference?
Yes. The thermal-break profile reduces inner-glass condensation in winter and lowers heat loss. It provides energy savings over time, especially on exterior facade windows.
Do I need to break the wall to replace my old windows?
In most cases, the old frame is removed and new joinery installed without breaking the wall. During the survey we determine the least invasive method.
In which colors is it produced?
It can be produced in almost any RAL color with electrostatic powder coating. Wood-look foil coating options are also available.
